At Lighthouse, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth transition back to our collection.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
